Chief Executive Officer Vacancy
Oak Academies Trust currently supports five academies across Leicestershire. Our academies cover all age ranges, from Foundation through to Key Stage 4, and we are proud that they include some of the highest performing outcomes in the country.
Our vision is a group of schools that offers incredible opportunities to our students, where everyone achieves to the best of their ability, is inspired for their future, and has the doors opened for their next stage of life, whatever that may be. Our role is to ensure that we can deliver that for our young people.
We’re proud of our diverse communities, and the family feel that is synonymous with our schools. Children are supported to their fullest potential, and able to follow a 3-16 joined up curriculum throughout their entire school career should they wish.
As a growing organisation, we are looking to appoint an experienced and inspiring Chief Executive Officer to guide our executive leadership team through of the next phase of the Trust's development.
You will be an excellent communicator, a team player who is able to work under pressure and manage effectively the complex process of multi-disciplinary teams. The post of CEO is critical to the successful leadership of the Trust, with responsibility for working closely with the Chair, the Board of Trustees, the Trust central team and Heads to develop, implement and monitor our strategic vision and associated business plans so that these are embraced by all key stakeholders at each academy. It is essential that the successful candidate is a highly motivated, inspirational and respected professional with an outstanding track record in successful leadership.
